Richard J. Sherman is an internationally recognized writer, researcher, and speaker on logistics, supply chain management, collaborative commerce, leadership, marketing and organizational change. He has served as senior vice president and chief marketing officer of several pre-IPO application software companies and is known in the industry as a visionary and “the King Kong of guerilla marketing.”
As president of Gold & Domas Research, Mr. Sherman provides "Executive time-share" services assisting clients with Media and Analyst Relations, Marketing Strategy and Planning, Sales Process Development, and outsourced marketing functions. Clients benefit from an experienced senior marketing and sales executive at a fraction of the cost and risk of a full time in house executive.
Mr. Sherman serves on the North American Leadership Team of the Supply Chain Council, the UCC/VICS CPFR Committee, the National Advisory Board to the Center for Logistics Management at the University of Nevada-Reno, and is a member of the Council of Logistics Management (CLM) and the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC). He received is B.A. and M.A. from the University of Notre Dame and attended several executive development programs in Logistics, Supply Chain Managment and Warehousing.
